Let me tell you a bit about myself. I'm a Geordie lass, and although I moved away for a period of time to study and work, I moved back to the area with a promise to myself to use the skills I have to help improve the work lives of my local community.
I work with individual clients and local businesses to provide coaching support and employability skills. I work with a diverse range of clients and businesses and have many years of experience in Human Resource management, training, coaching and mentoring.
I'm a qualified coach, a member of the Association for Coaching, with many hundreds of hours of coaching delivered and lots of happy clients.
I am thrilled to be working with Junction Point on the Business with Purpose Programme, which supports new socially trading organisations to start up. I provide clients with 121 coaching support at the pre-registration stage.
I am proud to be a volunteer coach for Smart Works Newcastle, a charity supporting unemployed women in their job search through the power of high-quality interview clothing and coaching.
