Hi, I'm Elaine and founder of Coach on the Tyne.
Following a successful career in HR consultancy, I chose to follow my passion for coaching when I relocated back to the North East in 2017. I gained my coaching qualifications and am a member of the Association for Coaching. Having changed careers over 8 years ago, I have honestly never looked back. I truly believe work should be meaningful, fulfilling and aligned with who you are.
I set up Coach on the Tyne to support people through career change, whether that is for a promotion, a different role, a new organisation, or to start up on your own, like me, while also giving back to the community that shaped me.
My aim is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can think clearly about your career, build confidence, and move forward at your own pace.

Legacy and social impact are key, so if you choose to work with me, you can be assured that you will also be supporting the local community by:
🩶 I offer a Pay It Forward Scheme, where clients can make an optional donation to the Coach on the Tyne community coaching fund
🩶 I donate a percentage of my time to provide free coaching in the North East. I am also a volunteer for the fantastic charity Smart Works North East.
🩶 I donate a percentage of my profits to local charities.
