This can include strengths profiling, career coaching, and employability skills sessions.

I support clients and businesses with employability coaching, including interview skills, transferable skills, CV writing and review, cover letters, mock interviews, confidence building and retirement planning. 

This is for clients at every career stage and for employers who want to support their employees through periods of change and transition.

I coach managers who are new to management roles or those who want a refresher or are facing new challenges. 

Topics include recruiting the right team, motivating your team, managing difficult conversations, managing change, delegation, decision making and managing your career.
